Three buses were gutted on Friday when a fire broke out in a vehicle body building shop, fire brigade officials said.

No casualty was reported in the incident which occurred in the shop located behind the Timarpur police station at around 6:40 am. Three private buses were at the shop when the incident took place.

According to police, a man who was cleaning the place, set afire the waste and left the area. The fire slowly spread to the vehicles which were completely destroyed.
