A young tourist guide allegedly attempted to rape a teenaged British girl in the national capital, police said on Saturday.

A young tourist guide allegedly attempted to rape a teenaged British girl in the national capital, police said on Saturday.
The victim is a 14-year-old girl, who came to the country as part of a 29-member tourist group.
The guide Muralidharan (27) allegedly attempted to sexually assault the girl.
The girl recorded her statement before a Metropolitan Magistrate.
She had left the country, police said.
