Goel denied all charges. "Khuranaji wrote the letter before he became governor. Vajpayeeji's letter is a sandesh that is published in all magazines," he said.

The Centre on Friday denied any change in its decision on regularisation of unauthorised colonies in Delhi. "There is absolutely no change in the government's decision taken in February this year," a spokesman said.
