A 32-year-old man, allegedly involved in 24 cases of murder and robbery and carrying a reward of Rs. 1 lakh, was arrested in New Delhi on Thursday.
The accused has been identified as Kamalludin, VV Chaudhary, Additional CP (North-East), said. Following his interrogation, one of his associates Asif (22) was also arrested, he said.
