The day after BJP leader LK Advani hinted at Hindutva leader Uma Bharti's return to the party soon, Bharti said she was ready to focus on strengthening the party in Uttar Pradesh.

Expelled from the BJP in 2005, Bharti had discussed her return with party chief Nitin Gadkari and Advani eleven months ago.
The reluctance of the Madhya Pradesh party unit to welcome Bharti back to the party, however, contributed to the delay in her rejoining the BJP.
Advani's blog indicated Bharti would return to the party soon to firm up the organisation in Uttar Pradesh and contest elections from the state.
Bharti responded on Sunday: "Advani ji has mentioned about UP in his blog it would be a big challenge. If he feels I can take up this challenge then I also will find out some way to do it. I am only 50 years old, so I have both time and ability to take up any responsibility."
