A Delhi trial court will on Thursday pronounce its order on a petition filed by Janata Party president Subramanian Swamy in the 2G scam case. Swamy's demand is that Union home minister P Chidambaram be made a co-accused in the 2G case.

Swamy says that decisions taken by then telecom minister A raja, who has been jailed over the 2G scam, were endorsed by Chidambaram and demands the CBI investigate Chidambaram's role in the scam.
Chidambaram, the then finance minister, had permitted Swan Telecom and Unitech, who had secured the 2G licences for low prices, to sell their shares to foreign companies, Swamy said.
On Nov 17, CBI on Thursday handed over a DoT file, containing over 400 pages of file notings and 2G related deliberations between the finance ministry and ministry of telecommunications, to Subramanian Swamy.
"I am satisfied with the documents. I have now got enough material to make allegation against Chidambaram...," Swamy said.
