Class 12 student Sparsh Tamta fractured his right hand a day before the CBSE exams, but did not lose his confidence. He came out from the exam hall smiling. “I considered myself little unlucky as I was not able to write my own paper. But I’m thankful to Amisha Srivastava of Class 11 who volunteered to do so. She did a fantastic job as a writer. Full marks to her,” said Sparsh, a student of Central Academy.

On Tuesday morning, his teachers and principal Mala Saxena were present at the centre to motivate Sparsh and other students. Most of them looked happy and content even though the paper was a bit lengthy. They mostly came out sporting a big smile after completing the paper.

Ishita and Harshita both from City International School said that the paper was awesome. “Since we did a lot writing practice we were able to finish the paper in the nick of time,” the duo said.

Children said the paper was awesome. They attempted all the questions. “Even if few found it a touch lengthy yet they were able to attempt all the questions, said Sunita Gandhi director of City International School. She had a quick word with examinees before the start of the paper to make them feel relaxed. Teachers told students to read the question paper carefully. Many of the teachers were seen applying tilak and wishing good luck to their students as they walked inside the exam hall.
