ONGC Recruitment 2019: Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) has invited application for recruitment for Human Resource Executive and Public Relations Officer posts through NTA UGC- NET.

ONGC will select candidates on the basis of their NTA UGC NET 2019 score. The NET exam will be held in the month of June. ONGC will only consider the score secured by the candidates in UGC NET 2019. Previous year score will not be considered.

After the candidates are shortlisted on the basis of UGC NET score, they will have to appear for the interview. The UGC NET score will carry weightage of 60 marks. While 20 marks weightage is for essential qualification, the interview score will carry a weightage of 15 marks. 5 mark weightage is for in line PhD, according to the notification.

Eligibility

For PR Official- Post Graduate Degree/minimum 2 years diploma in Public Relations/Journalism/Mass Communication with minimum 60% marks.

Subject Code- Mass Communication (Subject Code-63)

For HR Executive- MBA with specialization in Personnel Management / HRD / HRM with minimum 60% marks OR Post Graduate degree in Personnel Management/ IR/ Labour Welfare with minimum 60% marks OR Minimum 2 years full time Post Graduate Diploma in PM/IR/Labour Welfare with minimum 60% marks OR 2 years full time PGDM from IIM with minimum 60% marks.

“To qualify in the Interview, General,EWS and OBC candidates are required to score minimum 60% marks i.e. 9 marks out of 15 & SC/ST/PWD Candidates are required to score a minimum of 40% marks i.e. 6 marks out of 15 marks in Interview,” the notification reads.
