Gujarat Election Result Highlights: The BJP recorded a landslide win in Gujarat with the Congress and the AAP taking the 2nd and the 3rd position in the state, respectively. PM Modi and Union home minister Amit Shah congratulated Gujarat for the historic win.
Gujarat Election Result Highlights: The BJP on Thursday registered a historic win in Gujarat even smashing the records of the 2002 election where the party under the leadership of chief minister Narendra Modi won 127 seats. Incumbent chief minister Bhupendra Pate will be sworn in as the chief minister on December 12 at 2pm. AAP's performance fell short in comparison with the glitz in their campaigning. But the votes in Gujarat made it a national party for which AAP leader and Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal thanked people.
