After gifting a pet dog to ex-wife Cheryl Cole, footballer Ashley is now trying to woo her with a flotation tank. The 30-year-old soccer star, who was divorced by the Girls Aloud singer after revelations of cheating during their four-year marriage, is trying to persuade Cheryl to give their relationship another go, reported Femalefirst.
"Ashley reckons he’s thought of the best present to show Cheryl how much he still cares about her. He’s been racking his brains recently trying to think of a gift and some of his teammates at Chelsea use the flotation tanks. It almost be a first step to having some of her belongings back in the house," a source said.
Cheryl, who was fired from her role as a judge on the US version of The X Factor, is said to be on the verge of giving Ashley another chance after telling friends she still loves him.
