Soft mattress because it gives me sound sleep

Never, I spend lots of time keeping it neat and tidy.What’s your favourite kind of sheet?

Satin in winter and cotton in summer.



Do you need your eight hours or can you get by with power naps through the day?

I believe in natural sleep for eight hours. At times, if it’s a hectic schedule then I have to juggle work and rest.



Is there one bed thing you carry with you everywhere?

An eye mask.



Do you keep your phone on silent at bedtime?

Yes I do, because as I mentioned, I need good sleep.
