Teen star Justin Bieber, 17, has apologised to fans after a photo of him showing his middle finger to the paparazzi went online.
“I’m sorry. It’s not always easy but I know better than to react in anger… I will make my mistakes but I promise 2 continue 2 grow with u and try 2 do rt (sic),” he tweeted.
