Britney Spears spiced up her appearance on Japanese TV by performing her hit Womanizer in a black and gold bra, white top hat and black satin hot pants.

Earlier, she had performed her usual Womanizer set on another Japanese TV show and she realised she wouldn't be able to perform in the same ensemble in the same country. So on rival TV show "Best Music Artist", Spears appeared in her bra and hot pants, reports dailymail.co.uk.

After her performance, Spears chatted to the Japanese hosts of the show, with a translator standing close by talking to her in English.

In recent weeks, Britney has performed an identical routine to Womanizer in France, Germany, the US and on Britain's X Factor.
