The 37-year-old Charlie's Angels star and the heartthrob were having an intimate dinner at a sushi restaurant in Venice Beach, when their display of affection caught the attention of the fellow diners, reported Contactmusic.
"Cameron and Justin were sitting in the corner of Shima totally wrapped up in one another. They couldn't stop touching each other. And we couldn't stop looking, " said an onlooker.
The couple have reportedly been friends for several years, but it is only in recent weeks that Diaz, who has been romantically linked with Maroon 5 star Adam Levine and actors Jude Law and Leonardo DiCaprio, and the 38-year-old former model have started a relationship.
"They've always got along, but now realise just how much they have in common. Jason is exactly Cameron's type. She's attracted to athletic types and they're both passionate about the environment," said a source close to the blonde actress.
