The Chelsea star is expected to pay a massive settlement amount of £ 4.5 million to the English singer when she is granted a quickie divorce, claimed The Sun.
Although, Cheryl had previously claimed that she did not want a penny from Ashley but sources close to him told The Sun that he couldn't believe she would walk away with nothing as she had worked as hard as him for the possessions. The couple has been through major ups and downs since their wedding in 2006, as Ashley is believed to have had several affairs in the meanwhile, possibly the reason why the marriage was on the rocks.
While Ashley seemed reportedly upset as he trained with the England team in South Africa, Cheryl was spotted smiling as she left her hotel room in Paris with Dancing With The Stars pro Derek Hough. The football star even seems upset with Cheryl's budding relationship with Black Eyed Peas frontman Will.I.Am and is even believed to be keeping an eye on his ex-wife.
