After a grand wildlife wedding on Saturday, the newly wed British comedian Russell Brand and American singer Katy Perry left Ranthambore on Monday afternoon.
The couple tried their best to escape the media glare and had their faces covered with black cloth when they were spotted at the air strip at Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan. The couple left in a chopper for Jaipur at around 1 pm in the afternoon.
But that was not the final exit. In another dramatic turn, the chopper had to be called back, due to some issues concerning the permission.
According to an eye witness, the chopper left the venue once and was then called back again. And when it landed this time, the police was seen rushing in and so were the security guards of the couple.
Then finally, after around 15-20 minutes, the chopper left for Jaipur. When we asked the police officer at the air strip how they let the chopper take off if it did not have the required permission. He said, "Aap SHO se baat karein.. Hum bhi pata laga rahe hai."
When we contacted the District Collector office regarding the permission, the sources told us, "The permission to that chopper was given at the last moment. That too because somebody needed medical assistance and needed to be airlifted."
