Pop star Christina Aguilera has reportedly sold her Hollywood Hills home at a loss of more than USD 3 million.
The Grammy winning singer has sold the 6,500 square foot bachelorette pad which has four bed bedrooms and seven bath houses for $ 4.65 million, according to celebrity real estate website RealEstalker.
The Burlesque star had bought it for $ 5 million in April 2003.
It has been on the market since April 2008 and sold for more than $ 3 million dollars less than its original listing price of $ 7.995 million, said The Hollywood Reporter.
The 30-year-old singer oversaw extensive remodelling projects, including a complete redesign by high-end spec home designer Steve Hermann that reportedly cost her upwards of $ 346,185.
