"The way Simon sees it is that if he's gone through all these treatments in the past for a TV show, he can certainly do it for his wedding day. As the ceremony nears, he'll have weekly microdermabrasion facials, which will give his skin a healthy glow. He's been promised that it will knock at least five years off him.
"And he wants a body to match, so he's hired one of the top personal fitness trainers in the UK and Los Angeles to help him tone up and work out," said the source.
Mezghan, 36, however, thinks her fiancé looks great and doesn't want him to waste time on treatments.
