The pair was spotted dining together earlier this month in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, sparking speculation they are now a couple, and Sims isn’t exactly hiding her feelings for the actor.

She said to entertainment blog Fox411, “Aaron’s a great guy!”

The beauty has previously dated Without a Trace star Enrique Murciano, while Eckhart was last linked to Ashley Wick.
