Hollywood beauty Christina Applegate, a breast cancer survivor, is expecting her first child with fiance Martyn Lenoble.
The 38-year-old Sweetest Thing actress, who had a double mastectomy after being diagnosed with breast cancer in 2008, made the announcement on Twitter recently.
