Heather Locklear and Jack Wagner are finally engaged after a four-year on-and-off relationship.

According to In Touch Weekly, a representative for the former Melrose Place star, 49, has confirmed that Wagner, 51, proposed during the weekend of July 23.

Wagner reportedly used his 125,000-dollar winning prize from last month’s American Century Celebrity Golf Championship in Lake Tahoe, Nevada, to purchase a 6-carat diamond ring for his blond girlfriend.

She was even snapped flaunting the massive sparkler on her wedding ring finger during a night out in London with her boyfriend recently.

“It’s the right time. Her family is smitten by him. It’s the best thing she has had in a long time,” the New York Daily News quoted a source as saying.
