The Million Dollar Baby actress chose a two-bedroom apartment at Superior Ink.

The West Village complex of condos and townhouses is located at 400 W. 12th St, reports New York Post.

Swank earlier lived in a 4-million-dollar Greenwich Village townhouse, until she parted ways with Chad Lowe.
