Harris, 25, separated from Hefner last year when she walked out just four days before they were due to exchange vows. However the 86-year-old welcomed Harris back into the Playboy Mansion for "dinner" and "games", but he stopped short of revealing whether they had reunited romantically, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

Now the blonde beauty has confirmed they are back together. "Yes, Hugh Hefner and I are back together. Yes I am his # (number) 1 girl again. Yes we are happy. Hope that clears up any confusion," Harris posted on micro-blogging site Twitter.
