Cumberbatch, known for playing iconic detective Sherlock Holmes in TV series Sherlock, has been seen spending time with 26-year-old Elizarova, who has modelled for Chanel and Versace.

Most recently, the both of them attended supermodel Natalia Vodianova’s charity launch together in London. He suggests that she’s helping him brush up on his Russian.
