Abalance between work and home is Raveena Tandon’s current focus. “With two small kids, Ranbir and Rasha, and dubbing work for two of my forthcoming films, Gin Liya Aasman and Shobhana 7 Nights, my hands are full,” she explains. But in spite of a hectic schedule, she manages to look her best, thanks to her meticulous beauty regime. Raveena prefers to stay organic when it comes to her skin. “Since the beginning of my career, I have tried to keep it as natural as possible. Even my hair oils are organic,” she says.

The skin reflects what you eat. Eating fried and oily food is bad for your skin.

I eat a lot of salads and fruits and drink liquids like lemon juice and coconut water in summer. It keeps me light and my skin stays fresh.

If it’s too hot, I apply curd on my hair. It acts like a conditioner and also cools the head.
