“They have been shopping for rings for at least a month,” usmagazine.com quoted a source as saying. However, a second insider says, “Bell hasn’t made a purchase yet, but he is starting to seriously look and has met with a few jewellers.”

“They were young and just getting going in their careers when they met. Now, they are older and established, so they feel ready to take their relationship to the next level,” added the insider.
