Hollywood superstar Sandra Bullock's estranged husband Jesse James broke down during his first TV interview post the split as he confessed to cheating on his wife.
The motorbike enthusiast said that he became the "most hated man in America" after it emerged that he had cheated on the Oscar award winning actress with multiple women, but accepted his wrongdoing, reported Ace Showbiz online.
During the candid interview with Vicki Mabrey of ABC News Nightline, James teared up as he said, "I took a pretty amazing life and amazing success and marriage... and threw it away by my own hands."
The Monster Garage presenter, whose marriage with Bullock was ruined after his affair with tattoo model Michelle 'Bombshell' McGee hit the headlines, also spoke about the time he spent in rehab.
This is the 42-year-old's first television appearance since news of his adulteries came out in March.
