Despite rumours of a break-up between actress Sandra Bullock’s ex-husband Jesse James and Kat Von D, the two were spotted looking very cosy as they had an intimate lunch.

James, 41, and Von D, 28, were at El Compadre Mexican restaurant in West Hollywood on October 23, where they were seen chatting and kissing at their table, People magazine reported.

It was their first public outing after rumours of their spilt emerged following Von D being spotted getting close to ex-boyfriend Nikki Sixx and rumoured former flame Bam Margera.

Witnesses at the restaurant said the couple looked to be in high spirits, sharing a cheese enchilada, and leaving a generous tip before heading out.
