Bollywood hunk John Abraham missed her mom on Mother's Day as he was in national capital to fulfil his commitments.

"I miss mom today. I feel sad that I can't be with her because of my travelling," Abraham, who was here for a promotional event, said.

The 36-year-old actor born to a Parsi mother, Phiroza Irani, yearned for his mom's company on the special day today, but at the same time did not regret coming over to Delhi.

"I love Delhi. I have visited it frequently during my modelling days and have many friends here," Abraham said.

The star was in the capital to promote a healthy life style among people through a mass work-out session with his fans.
Abraham, who has one of the best body in the tinsel town, revealed his secret of staying fit saying, "My fitness mantra is very simple. Good food, exercise, no drugs and no alcohol."
