Pop star Justin Bieber's neighbour has accused him of rash driving and over-speeding his Ferrari at Calabasas, California, Thursday night.
The guy with three children had earlier accused Bieber of allegedly spitting on and threatening.
"We hate to see him turning into such an *******," thesun.co.uk quoted the neighbour as saying.
He claimed Bieber is putting kids at risk with his driving.
Sources close to the singer deny the allegations, while 19-year-old denies he is having a breakdown.
Police are investigating the matter.
