Following the controversy over his fathering a child, teen sensation Justin Bieber has taken a DNA test to put an end to all the allegations made by Mariah Yeater. After the reports of the results, Bieber may even sue Yeater.
Teen sensation Justin Bieber has undergone a DNA test to put an end to allegations that he fathered a child with a California woman.
Mariah Yeater, 20, had hit headlines earlier this month after sensationally claiming the singer had had a fling with her following a Los Angeles concert last year, Contactmusic reported.
And in a bid to put the rumours to rest, the Baby hitmaker voluntarily took a DNA test on November 18.
"(He) doesn't mind. He's like, 'I'm just going to go ahead... (with) it and be fine,'" said Scooter Braun, Bieber's manager.
While Yeater had recently dropped the lawsuit, she still wanted Bieber to go through the paternity test.
“[Mariah] believes Justin Bieber is the father. We’re trying to secure a private DNA test, because this case is out of control,” Mariah's lawyer Jeffery M Leving had told ContactMusic.
Recently, there was also news of an SMS Yeater sent out to a friend which implied that someone else was the father of her kid. The message reported by TMZ read: "Pleeease ERASE ALL MESSAGES from my mom where she says Tristyn is Robbie's son. I'll kick u when we get paid. I'm trusting you pleeease. (Mariah Laci)."
