The 32-year-old reality star, who gave birth to a healthy baby girl in a luxury hospital suite on the weekend, told her mum Kris Jenner that it was a really painful flight and she could hardly walk, the Mirror reported.

In the Sunday's episode, Kim is seen weeping in pain as she?s jetted into Los Angeles with fears she had appendicitis.

She also said that she 'can never do this again.'
