Actress Brooke Shields had a dreadful encounter with a lioness while shooting for Running Wild in 1992. She says it was ‘pretty traumatic’. Femalefirst.co.uk reports that the 44-year-old was bitten by the animal on the bottom. “In the movie, in South Africa, I played a woman who raised baby leopards,” she said.

“At one point, I turned my back on a lioness and she tackled me to the ground. Actually, she was totally tame, but she bit my butt. I’m sure for her it was like, ‘Yum, prime beef.’ I didn’t get a scar,” she added.
