Pop legend Michael Jackson's famous moonwalking shoes and fedora hat will go under the hammer and the items are expected to fetch over $19,000 (12,000 Pounds).

The black Sebago shoes, each of which has the words Rock My World Billie Jean written on the sole, are to be sold at auction house Bonhams, London on Wednesday, reported mirror.co.uk.

They were worn by the late star for a New York show the day before the 9/11 attacks. The shoes will be auctioned along with a fedora hat that Jackson wore at the same gig.

A Jackson puppet from satirical TV series Spitting Image will also be auctioned.
