Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller had rekindled their relationship in August but now the couple has split up again as they think it's best for them to be apart.

Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller have split up again after the reality TV star moved out of the actor's Los Angeles mansion.

The former Two and a Half Men actor and the reality TV star had rekindled their relationship in August, reports contactmusic.com.

However, the couple who have two-year-old twins Bob and Max together have decided it's best for them to be apart and Brooke has now moved out of the property.

"Brooke tried to make it work because she and Charlie do care about each other. But, ultimately, it just wasn't working. She's in a really positive place now, and realised it's best for her and the kids if she moves on," said a source.
