Cox, 45, underwent in-vitro fertilisation to become a first-time mum at 39. Arquette admits he's ready to expand their family.

Femalefirst.co.uk reports that the 38-year-old Arquette confesses he doesn't have the energy to make regular appointments to see fertility specialists and have sex.

"It takes a lot for us to do it, so may be adoption. Listen, I like practising as much as possible! But it's hard... I'm exhausted!", he said.

The couple married in 1999, after meeting on the set of horror franchise Scream. Their first child Coco Riley Arquette was born in 2004.
