US President Barack Obama and his wife Michelle are all praise for actor George Clooney.
Obama tells Entertainment Tonight in an interview airing on Monday that the Ocean’s Eleven actor, who he got to know through his work on Sudan when he was in the US Senate, is a good friend and a good person who is sensitive about protecting their friendship.
He also said that Clooney doesn’t take advantage of their friendship and keeps his distance so that the president won’t be criticised for hanging out with Hollywood celebrities, News.com.au. reported.
While talking about Clooney First Lady Michelle Obama said “He’s cute, too.”
Clooney too has soft corner for Obamas.
In May, he held a fundraiser for Obama at his Los Angeles home that raised nearly $15 million.
Clooney is also scheduled to hold another fundraiser for the President later this month in Geneva.
