PC gives Shahid’s birthday a miss

Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor’s birthday party in Mumbai on Friday night was attended by the who’s who of the industry, but actor Priyanka Chopra decided to give it a miss.

Though the two are rumoured to be in a relationship, PC couldn’t make it. “She is shooting in New York and couldn’t fly down,” said a source.

The bash was held at a Mumbai nightclub, Olive, and among those who attended were actors Sonam Kapoor, Genelia D’Souza, Anushka Sharma, Rani Mukerji and Anil Kapoor. The party went on till 2am, until the cops played party pooper and the venue shifted to a friend’s house. Sources say Shahid’s ex-girlfriend actor Amrita Rao, could not make it, but sent flowers to the birthday boy who turned 30.
