The 24-year-old was caught on camera giving Blair a quick peck outside a cafe in Los Angeles during an outing recently, reported Aceshowbiz.

The couple reportedly met "over cocktails through mutual friends" and started dating in early June. They got cozy at West Hollywood's Bagatelle restaurant.

"From the second she sat down, he had his arm around her shoulder and they were laughing, flirting and seemed very into each other," an eyewitness said.

Rumer tweeted over the weekend, hyping up her upcoming birthday, "5 days till my bday... Can't wait to spend time with my family."
