Sallu in trouble with Shiv Sena

Salman Khan's latest ad for chlormint chewing gum has irked political party Shiv Sena. The party feels that the ad is offensive towards Hinduism's sacred animal, cow and wants it to be taken off air immediately.

Salman Khan's latest advertisement for chlormint chewing gum has irked many sensibilities. The first to react amongst all is political party Shiv Sena. Activists from the party claim that the advertisement is offensive towards cows, an animal which is considered sacred in Hinduism.

The ad shows a three horned cow giving ice-cream instead of milk after Salman Khan feeds it chlormint chewing gum.

During a demonstration in Amritsar, a Shiv Sena unit burnt posters and effigies of Salman Khan demanding the ad be taken off air immediately,
