On being questioned about why he snubbed Vivek, this is what Sallu had to say, "Some people just like to be seen with a big celebrity to gain cheap publicity. I think he (Vivek) should concentrate on his career and not resort to such measures."

Salman says that the business of Bollywood should be taken seriously by people. "I feel that one should be serious about one's career and the rest will follow."
