Actor Charlie Sheen has filed a $100 million lawsuit against Warner Brothers and producer Chuck Lorre demanding payment for the eight cancelled episodes of Two And A Half Men and damages on behalf of the show's crew.

Sheen has filed papers at the Los Angeles Superior Court accusing Chuck Lorre and his former employers of breach of contract, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

"You corporate Trolls were warned," Charlie tweeted, "And now you’ve been served!"

The court document, which was submitted by actor's lawyer Martin Singer, states: "Defendant Chuck Lorre believes himself to be so wealthy and powerful that he can unilaterally decide to take money away from the dedicated cast and crew of Two And A Half Men in order to serve his own ego and self-interest."

Singer also alleges there was a conspiracy between Lorre and Warner Bros. to blame Sheen for the cancellation.

The lawsuit says the decision to cancel the last eight episodes of the show was made before Sheen launched his media blitz against the producers.

It also claims that Sheen was fired when he was sick, which is in violation of federal and California state.
