British film and TV actress Sophia Myles has confessed that she hates to strip for the big screen.
The 28-year-old actress initially turned down the romantic film “Tristan & Isodle” because the script demanded her to peel off.
“When I was offered the role in 'Tristan & Isodle', I quickly scanned through the script and wherein it was written, 'enter and disrobe', I flung the script across the room and immediately turned down the role,” Sophia told IANS over e-mail from Los Angeles, US.
The actress revealed that she is concerned about her parents watching her naked on-screen.
"I'm always thinking to myself, 'Are Mum and Dad watching this?',” she said.
Sophia, however, did the role for Tristan & Isoldes on a no-nudity clause.
She will be next seen in Howard McCain's sci-mythic adventure Outlander releasing Friday in India.
