Superstar Shah Rukh Khan is having a blast as he babysits his kids. While the actor’s wife, Gauri, is in the Capital with her ailing father RK Chibba, Shah Rukh and his children Aryan, 13 and Suhana 10, are showing off their henna tattoos.

The 44-year-old star called professional henna artist, Ash Kumar, and photographer Avinash Gowarikar, over at home, and got funky designs inked on the faces and arms of the kids and himself.

“Just did an on the spot foto gig with kids & me as sci fi meets Twilight meets Aliens,” he tweeted. “3 mins… pics 5 mins… taking it off...6 mins...looking & laughing at the pics...timeless (sic),” wrote the actor, who is producing the sci-fi film

. Only wife left out...cos she is not in town...am sure she will feel a bit bad not being part of our strange foto shoot,” he added on his Twitter page.

The seemingly odd gig, Shah Rukh says, is a way to spend time till Gauri’s return. “And tattooed we wait...for the mothership to land.”
