After three failed marriages with celebrities, Tom Cruise should date someone who is not from showbiz, an expert has said.
The 50-year-old actor had previously been married to Mimi Rogers, Nicole Kidman and now Katie Holmes, all of who are actresses.
The 33-year-old actress had filed for divorce last Thursday, reportedly blindsiding the Mission Impossible star, who was on location filming in Iceland.
Holmes’ New Jersey-based divorce lawyer Jonathan Wolfe, called the divorce “a personal and private matter,” and said that “Katie’s primary concern remains, as it has always been, her daughter’s best interest.”
Homes and Cruise share a six-year-old daughter, Suri.
“Tom Cruise definitely needs to find someone who is not in showbiz,” Fox News quoted Dr. Ava Cadell, relationship expert and author of the ‘Loveologist’, as saying.
“It seems to me that he has made this - I don’t like to call it a mistake - but he’s made this choice several times, marrying strong, sexy women who are actresses,” Cadell said.
“Katie was very young when she married him, and I think that she has grown - mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually - and she’s become her own person,” he added.
