Vaastu Shastra director Sourabh Narang succumbs to cancer

Vaastu Shastra director Sourabh Usha Narang succumbed to stomach cancer yesterday in Colombo at the age of 37. He was undergoing treatment in Sri Lanka. His family will return to India with his body.

director Sourabh Usha Narang succumbed to stomach cancer yesterday in Colombo at the age of 37. He was undergoing treatment in Sri Lanka. His family will return to India with his body.

Narang had worked with Mahesh Bhatt and Ram Gopal Varma, and was working on Return Gift, with Rajeev Khandelwal. Bhatt said, “He was a bright filmmaker. His last words to me were, ‘I am going survive.’”
