The 24-year-old actress, who has been in rehab five times, was photographed face-to-face with the sidewalk outside the Motor City Bar, in the Lower East Side of Manhattan, late Wednesday night.

"Is it not allowed to slip and fall? im always a klutz!!!" the New York Post quoted the star as saying on her Facebook page.

Also sources close to the Mean Girls star maintain she was not imbibing.

Lohan was teetering on chunky, high-heeled shoes measuring nearly five inches and her associates said she fell over because of the height of the shoes and was not hammered.

"Lindsay wasn't drunk. She was goofing around, that's why she was laughing," a source said.
