According to the survey in Britain, almost two-thirds of the respondents admitted to seeking guidance from a woman when shopping in menswear stores. And 48% allow their better halves to choose or even buy their clothes.

The survey of more than 1,000 men was carried out across the country by 'VisitBirmingham.com'.

Menswear designer Neil Fennell was quoted by the Daily Express as saying, "Men find it intimidating because they don't always know what they are looking for or what will complement their shape."
