The late rocker Kurt Cobain of Nirvana is to be commemorated in a series of shoes from Converse.

The shoes include a pair of Converse One Top and other pairs of Converse High-Tops and will feature Cobain's autograph and a few drawings that were first published in journals in 2002, contactmusic.com reports.

These black Converse One Tops were the same shoes Cobain was wearing when he was found dead in his Seattle home in April 1994.

The Converse line is being launched to celebrate its 100th anniversary and is supported by Cobain's widow Courtney Love.
