1 Sun protect: Sun’s rays are particularly strong, so the chances of developing wrinkles, age spots are extremely high. Plus, higher heat and humidity mean more rashes, breakouts, and clogged pores. Stay away from the sun as much as possible.

2 Lip care: Be sure to wear a lip balm with an SPF of at least 8 to keep lips sun-safe and avoid dehydration. This will keep your lips soft and supple.

3 How much to apply: Choose products that provide broad-spectrum protection with a minimum sun protection factor (SPF) of 20. Apply Sun Care Cream liberally (at least a one-ounce shot-glass-size amount) before you go outside. Apply sunscreen every single day!

4 Make up wise: Trade liquid foundation for a lighter, mineral-based powder with a minimum SPF of 15. Skip the creamy blush and instead go for a natural-looking glow. Also, do not spray rose water again and again, on the skin as it will make the skin appear drier. Use foundation only in the evening or for a party to avoid closed and clogged pores.

5 Hat on: Use a wide hat to protect your skin from harsh sun rays. Always splash your face with cold water after every outing to wash off the dirt and grime.
